With your license in cosmetology, you are capable of doing all things cosmetic from skin care, natural hair cultivation, manicuring, and waxing.
The course begins with theory and practices of modern hairstyling to create a strong foundation for students to build upon. While, watching demonstration and practical work on mannequins', students prepare for the state board essentials. As you evolve through the cosmetology course, students will be skilled in cutting, coloring, and styling. They take their skills out to the student salon floor to practice learned techniques on models.
The programs 1500 credit hour requirement teaches students the styling history of cosmetology based on hair color, makeup, skin care and manicure significance. Through practical aspects of cosmetology, students are given a chance to put their knowledge to use.
We also offer night classes! We understand you lead a busy life. Our part time evening classes are a great alternative to our full-time day classes.
