Enrollment requirements

1. Provide proof of education. (Diploma High School, or GED)

2. Provide government issued ID.

3. Provide copy of your social security card.

4. Be at least 17 years of age to take State Exam.

5. Visit and Tour our school. [Mandatory]

6. Pay Registration Fees/ Application Fee. [$165.00]

7. Pay downpayment. [ if applicable]

8. Provide State approved transfer hours. [If applicable]

Tours are scheduled every Thursday and Friday from 1p-4pm. 

This is a perfect way for students to get a sense of how the school is operated. 

There is $100 registration fee, $50 application fee, and a $15.00 Registration fee to the State of Michigan. [all applications fees are non-refundable.]

You may complete these forms during your tour.

The school is open full time from Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm. Saturdays are reserved for advance training only. While our part time schedule is 9:30am to 1:30pm, 1p- 4pm and 6pm to 10pm Monday through Friday. 

• Complete the number of program hours required.
• Maintain an SAP of 75% on all exams, attendance, and complete school requirements. 
• Complete all program Minimum Practical Applications required by the State of Michigan, and finals.

Uniforms are royal blue/ sapphire blue. scrubs only.
